For those who are on a budget, or who enjoy shopping at thrift shops such as Goodwill or Savers, there are  infinitely many ways to revamp what is bought to make it your own. For example, if a design on a shirt appeals to you but the cut of the shirt doesn’t, there’s nothing that a pair of scissors can’t fix. Or, if a skirt is too long, folding the skirt at the waist is always the answer.
